We're seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Engineer in Quito - Ecuador to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performing, scalable, and reliable solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. 

YOU WILL:

• Design and implement scalable and secure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture solutions. 

• Lead the technical design of integrations with external systems and internal data sources. 

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. 

• Manage data migrations, ETL processes, and system upgrades within Dynamics 365. 

• Establish and maintain best practices for solution design, security, and performance optimization. 

• Provide technical leadership in complex project implementations, including proof of concept, architecture reviews, and solution workshops. 

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support and guidance to development and support teams. 

• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure technologies. 

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE: 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 architecture and engineering. 

• Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions. 

• Strong background in CRM customization, plugin development, workflows, and integrations. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus. 

• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services related to Dynamics solutions. 

• Strong knowledge of CRM security models, business rules, and data modeling. 

• Experience with data migration and integration tools (Kingsway Soft, Scribe, Azure Data Factory).
