We're seeking an Org Design Consultant in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our UK Telco client.
*please note this is an initial 3 month Inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require working onsite in London 2 days per week
SUMMARY
You will play a pivotal role in defining the organisation's Skills/Role Framework. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in HR, organisational design, and strategic planning to drive transformative change within a leading telecommunications company.
YOU WILL:

Conduct a comprehensive maturity assessment to understand current state and identify areas for improvement

Lead the development and implementation of a Pilot/Proof of Concept (POC) program to cover circa 50 key roles

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the framework aligns with the company's strategic objectives and operational needs

Demonstrate strong project management skills to deliver the project within agreed timelines and budget

Provide expert guidance and recommendations to enhance talent management practices

Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership, fostering buy-in and support for the initiative
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Extensive experience in HR/career frameworks in Agile organisations, organisational design, and strategic planning

Proven track record of successful stakeholder management and change management initiatives

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity and drive impactful solutions

Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, or a related field
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position.
This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity working via an Umbrella company.
