As our PMO, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment of our client's UK product. Your work will have a direct impact on the client's business, as you facilitate the seamless integration of B2B and B2C processes.

This is an initial 3-month, remote contract under an IR35 PAYE Umbrella arrangement, with occasional travel to the London office.

YOU WILL:

  • Lead the project management office, ensuring efficient coordination and execution of all project activities

  • Facilitate workshops to design and refine the integration and deployment processes

  • Leverage your deep understanding of systems integration to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the project stays on track

  • Collaborate closely with the client's technical and business teams to align on requirements and deliver a successful outcome

  • Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills to keep all parties informed and aligned

  • Apply your expertise in project management methodologies to drive the project forward


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Extensive experience as a PMO in the financial services or telecommunications industry

  • Proven track record of leading successful systems integration and deployment projects

  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of billing systems and integration processes

  • Proficiency in workshop facilitation, process design, and project management tools

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate complex challenges

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position.
