We're seeking a Principal Engineer in Quito to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and optimization of scalable, enterprise-level solutions.

YOU WILL:

  • Architect and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.

  • Partner with Product and Design teams to define requirements and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

  • Provide expertise in C#, Angular, SQL, QA, and related technologies. Mentor engineers in best practices and problem-solving.

  • Enhance development workflows, implement DevOps principles (CI/CD, IaC), and promote continuous improvement across teams.

  • Maintain strong engineering standards through code reviews, automation, and observability to ensure reliability and rapid issue resolution.

  • Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems.

  • Support Scrum ceremonies and foster adherence to Agile principles, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely delivery.


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Proven experience as a Principal or Senior Software Engineer.

  • Strong technical background in C#, Angular, SQL, and cloud infrastructure.

  • Deep understanding of software architecture, DevOps, and agile methodologies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

  • Experience designing and deploying scalable, enterprise-grade systems.
