We're seeking a Process Lead in Portland, OR to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. Contract Assignment, 12-18 months, 4 days a week onsite.
SUMMARY
As our Process Lead, you will partner with our technology and change management teams to execute a seamless business and technology transition plan. Your role will be crucial in minimizing disruption to our client's operations and creating a smooth experience for their internal and external partners.
YOU WILL:

Define the future state process for our client's Footwear and Apparel teams, leveraging your expertise in process mapping and documentation

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to capture the current-state process and align on achievable roadmaps for the future state

Lead implementation planning, including sequencing, dependencies, and milestones

Provide guidance and support to the Process Transformation Manager as they drive the Apparel workstream
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Extensive experience in leading complex process transformation initiatives, preferably in a consulting environment, apparel, product creation and merchandise planning experience would be preferred.

Relevant experience in process transformation, with a strong understanding of technology integration and change management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively bridge the gap between business and technology teams

Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address process
