We're seeking a Process Manager - AI/ Tech and Automation in London in Retail & Consumer Products to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

*Please note, this is an initial 3-6 month inside IR35 Umbrella PAYE contract that will require occasional working in Bradford 


SUMMARY:

As a Process Manager - AI/ Tech and Automation, you will play a pivotal role in driving process simplification and re-engineering initiatives within our retail and commercial operations. Leveraging your expertise in blending Lean methodologies and automation/technology solutions, you will help us streamline cross-functional processes and unlock new efficiencies.


YOU WILL:
  • Map and analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to re-engineer processes, incorporating automation and technology where appropriate
  • Implement and oversee the deployment of AI, RPA, and other systems integration solutions to enhance process efficiency
  • Provide senior-level stakeholder management, communicating progress and recommendations to C-suite sponsors
  • Mentor and guide a team of process improvement professionals to deliver transformative change
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of retail and commercial systems, with a preference for experience in agentic AI, tech, and RPA


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • Proven experience in process simplification and re-engineering, preferably within a retail or commercial environment
  • Expertise in applying Lean methodologies and leveraging automation/technology solutions to drive process improvements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to senior leaders
  • Strong team leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide a high-performing process improvement team
  • Familiarity with retail and commercial systems, as well as exposure to agentic AI, tech, and RPA
  • A track record of delivering transformative change and driving measurable business impact
