We're seeking a Program Manager in Portland, OR to support our retail practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. Hybrid Project 4days a week onsite/1 day a week remote.

SUMMARY


Support PMO transformations and initiatives-Directs, manages, plans, and administers the operational and administrative activities for the program and project teams.

YOU WILL:

  • Responsible for delivering small to large programs and project on time, on budget, while meeting functional and quality specifications.

  • Responsible for communicating progress through meeting documentation, status updates, leadership meetings, program updates, and program schedules.

  • Manages issues, risks, and changes using appropriate and agreed upon processes and tools established.

  • Adheres to governance expectations and guidelines and supports client’s SDLC methodology (agile and waterfall).

  • Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating team members to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering programs and projects.

  • Provides consultative support and advises on programs through the various phases.

  • Brings experience and best practices for suggestion to the client environment.

  • Problem solver, facilitate and support decision making with sponsors.


IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE SOMEONE WHO:

  • Contracting or Consulting experience.

  • Solid Agile and waterfall methodology experience.

  • 10 years’ experience as a Program Manager.

  • Retail experience and PMO experience required
