SUMMARY:

The Program Manager will be responsible for translating the company's strategic vision into a practical, executable activation plan. You will work closely with cross-functional and sport teams to identify activities that can be executed in a sport-agnostic way, design a phased activation plan, and define how the company navigates key milestones when different sports are in different stages of activation. This 60–90-day sprint will be a critical step in the company's journey to better serve consumers, the marketplace, and internal teams. Contract, Onsite 4 days a week in the Portland, OR metro Area

YOU WILL:

 

  • Lead workshops and gather input and feedback to shape the final activation plan
  • Develop a high-level activation roadmap
  • Create an overall change strategy and change plan for the company to execute
  • Define the scope of activities and required team roles to support execution
  • Serve as the core engine for this work, partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
 

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar program management or change management role
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent project planning and execution capabilities
  • Ability to translate strategic vision into practical, implementable plans
  • Familiarity with the sports industry or consumer-facing businesses
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
