We're seeking a Program/Project Manager in Portland, OR to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. Contract Assignment, 12-18 months, 4 days a week onsite.
SUMMARY
As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in executing a complex business and technology transition plan for our client. By aligning and managing overall program plans, you will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience for our client's internal and external stakeholders.
YOU WILL:

Develop and execute comprehensive program plans to meet ambitious timelines

Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across the organization

Coordinate with Change Management and Learning & Development teams

Align technology roadmaps and dependencies to ensure a successful transition

Manage risks and issues to keep the program on track

Provide regular status updates and recommend adjustments as needed
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
-
Extensive experience in leading complex program initiatives, preferably in a consulting environment, apparel, product creation and merchandise planning experience would be preferred.

5-8+ years of experience in program or project management

Strong understanding of change management principles and practices

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions

Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-faceted programs

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Expertise in project management tools and methodologies
