We're seeking a Program Manager - in Philadelphia to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading a Learning and Development Program for our life sciences practice. This is a 6-month contract position that requires you to be located in the Philly/Basking Ridge/New Jersey area, as onsite presence is essential for this project.
YOU WILL:

Manage large, complex projects with additional layers of complexity, such as new technology integration, significant cross-functional business impact, and multiple stakeholders and vendors

Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in technical skills and work with minimal supervision of a Program or Portfolio Manager

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the designated timeline and budget

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation

Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise
-
Provide regular progress updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization

Manage the complex Learning and Development Roadmap rollout, including a technology assessment, to ensure the HR transformation initiatives remain on track and deliver expected business value.

Integrate quickly with the existing teams and processes to maintain continuity with Change Management leadership and operations.

Collaborate closely with the HR and IT and Global teams to drive the program initiatives.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Proven program and project management experience, with the ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver results within tight timelines.

Experience with HR, Enterprise, Learning & Development Systems and process transformations.

6+ years of relevant experience in program or project management

Strong technical skills and familiarity with the latest technologies and methodologies

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

Experience managing projects with multiple vendors and across various geographical
