SUMMARY

We are looking for Programme Managers to support delivery across a major digital transformation and change portfolio. As a Programme Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving transformative initiatives and delivering exceptional results. Your strategic vision and exceptional project and programme management skills will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of complex projects that make a tangible impact. We are serving water and utilities firms in the south east across London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Kent, Sussex and Hampshire.

YOU WILL:

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent projects within a programme

  • Establish clear project objectives, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure they are effectively communicated to all stakeholders

  • Manage project resources, including budgets, timelines, and team members, to optimize efficiency and achieve desired outcomes

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing any challenges that arise

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment

  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior leadership, demonstrating the impact of your work

  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and innovation to enhance the programme's effectiveness


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Extensive experience as a Programme Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-faceted projects

  • Strong project management skills, with expertise in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • Proficient in the use of project management tools and techniques, such as Agile methodologies

  • A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  •  Degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Project Management, or a related discipline

  • Utilities / regulated sector delivery 


Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position.
This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity working via an Umbrella company.
