We're seeking a Project Manager in Portland to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.   This position will require onsite in the Salem area a few days a week.  

SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Project Manager who is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, a comprehensive understanding of information security controls and risk management, and a user-centric approach to delivering impactful solutions. 

The Cybersecurity Project Manager will lead remediation efforts and security initiatives identified by the cybersecurity team, coordinating these activities with IT staff. This position will report to the cybersecurity team while also collaborating closely with IT teams to ensure effective execution. Success in this role requires disciplined execution, process optimization, and the ability to prioritize effectively to enhance security outcomes at scale. Exceptional program leadership, operational rigor, and strong communication skills are essential to influence and engage all levels of the organization. 

 

YOU WILL: 

  • Oversee the scheduling and communication of remediation efforts and initiatives. 

  • Direct all phases of projects and initiatives from inception through completion. 

  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identifying program issues and determining solutions such as resource allocation or changes to contractual specifications. 

  • Prioritize tasks for the IT team based on cybersecurity risks and competing IT initiatives. 

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships across all organizational levels. 

  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and teams while prioritizing appropriately. 

  • Experience in IT or cybersecurity project and program management; knowledge of security is required. 

  • Proven ability to lead across multiple disciplines and ensure program success. 

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; a willingness to be a team player and contribute to the team's success. 

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent training and experience.
