SUMMARY

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful divestiture of Inspire Brands-owned quick-service restaurants (QSRs) to franchisees. Your expertise in project management, change management, and effective communication will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless transition and supporting the client's strategic objectives.

YOU WILL:

  • Lead a team of project managers to execute various initiatives related to the divestiture process

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and address challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones

  • Develop and implement robust project management methodologies, including planning, monitoring, and control mechanisms

  • Provide regular progress updates and comprehensive reporting to key stakeholders

  • Facilitate effective change management strategies to support the client's employees and franchisees through the transition

  • Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive communication plan to ensure all affected parties are informed and engaged

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Significant experience in project management, preferably in the context of divestitures, mergers, or acquisitions

  • Strong background in finance, accounting, or related fields to understand the complexities of the divestiture process

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams

  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate changing requirements and address challenges

  • Familiarity with change management principles and the ability to implement effective strategies

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

  • Preference for candidates based in the Atlanta, Georgia area
