We're seeking a Project Manager to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY:

As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects across the organization. Your specialized expertise, proven methodologies, and objective oversight will improve project success rates, reduce costs, and accelerate delivery timelines, allowing our internal teams to focus on core business activities. Contract role, 1 year assignment, onsite 4 days a week in Orlando, FL.

YOU WILL:

  • Manage a portfolio of IT projects, from initiation to closure, using agile and traditional project management methodologies

  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, manage scope, and deliver high-quality solutions

  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues to keep projects on track

  • Implement and maintain effective project management processes and tools

  • Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders

  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve project delivery


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Significant experience as a project manager, preferably in the IT or consulting industry

  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget

  • Expertise in managing back-office systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, ERP) and mobile applications

  • Knowledge of the hospitality or timeshare industry, a plus

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities

  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
