This is a 1 year+ contract position- Remote role with occasional onsite needed in the Salem area - Public Sector experience is required.
The Senior Program/Project Manager will lead the delivery of large-scale, complex projects and programs that drive business transformation and strategic outcomes specifically in the Public Sector. You will provide leadership across multiple workstreams, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution while managing program complexity and organizational priorities for a large scale modernization project.
SUMMARY
In this role, you will partner with executive stakeholders, client leadership teams, and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully, risks are proactively managed, and business value is realized.
YOU WILL:

Lead the delivery of large, complex, multi-workstream projects and programs.

You will maintain project documentation

Provide regular status reports

Lead the project team

Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and issues.

Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

7–10+ years of large-scale project delivery experience on Public Sector projects

Proven experience leading multi-workstream projects and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Strong experience managing executive stakeholders and complex governance environments.
