We're seeking a Project Manager (preferably with OneTust/.GDPR knowledge) in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. for one of our key Managed Services Logistics client
*please note, this is an initial 3-6 months inside IR35 PAYE umbrella contract that will require onsite working 2 days per week.
SUMMARY
As a Project Manager (GDPR/OneTrust), you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of a comprehensive data retention solution. Your expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery will be instrumental in ensuring the successful rollout of this workflow solution to the Privacy team.
YOU WILL:

Engage with stakeholders across various business units to understand their unique retention needs and goals

Conduct thorough analyses of current retention practices and identify areas for improvement

Understand legal and regulatory requirements to influence the creation of a corporate retention schedule

Assist in the development and implementation of the corporate retention schedule

Compile and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on retention strategies

Support the change management process, including the awareness and reinforcement of the new corporate retention schedule
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects

Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including the ability to navigate diverse and sometimes conflicting requirements

Proficiency in data analysis and the use of tools like Excel to compile and analyze large datasets

Experience or knowledge of GDPR and data retention regulations

Familiarity with OneTrust or similar data privacy and governance platforms
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings and recommendations

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
-
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role

*Experience or expertise with OneTrust, nice to have
