We're seeking a Project Manager (preferably with OneTust/.GDPR knowledge) in London  to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. for one of our key Managed Services Logistics client

*please note, this is an initial 3-6 months inside IR35 PAYE umbrella contract that will require onsite working 2 days per week.

SUMMARY

As a Project Manager (GDPR/OneTrust), you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of a comprehensive data retention solution. Your expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery will be instrumental in ensuring the successful rollout of this workflow solution to the Privacy team.


YOU WILL:

• Engage with stakeholders across various business units to understand their unique retention needs and goals

• Conduct thorough analyses of current retention practices and identify areas for improvement

• Understand legal and regulatory requirements to influence the creation of a corporate retention schedule

• Assist in the development and implementation of the corporate retention schedule

• Compile and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on retention strategies

• Support the change management process, including the awareness and reinforcement of the new corporate retention schedule

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including the ability to navigate diverse and sometimes conflicting requirements

• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of tools like Excel to compile and analyze large datasets

• Experience or knowledge of GDPR and data retention regulations

• Familiarity with OneTrust or similar data privacy and governance platforms

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings and recommendations

• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role

• *Experience or expertise with OneTrust, nice to have
