As a Project Manager (Manager level), you will lead the delivery of large-scale, complex projects and programmes that drive business transformation and strategic outcomes. You will provide leadership across multiple workstreams, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution while managing programme complexity and organizational priorities. 

SUMMARY

In this role, you will partner with executive stakeholders, client leadership teams, and delivery teams to ensure programmes are delivered successfully, risks are proactively managed, and business value is realized. This is a leadership position suited for experienced professionals who excel in programme delivery, strategic thinking, and team development. 

YOU WILL:
 
  • Lead the delivery of large, complex, multi-workstream projects and programmes. 

  • Define and implement programme governance frameworks, controls, and reporting structures. 

  • Ensure alignment between programme objectives and broader business strategy. 

  • Manage programme budgets, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and issues. 

  • Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. 

  • Drive stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization. 

  • Facilitate programme steering committees and governance forums. 

  • Oversee benefits realization and ensure delivery of intended business outcomes. 

  • Mentor Project Managers and delivery teams to strengthen project management capability. 

  • Promote continuous improvement and establish best practices across programme delivery. 


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. 

  • 7–10+ years of large-scale project and programme delivery experience. 

  • Proven experience leading multi-workstream projects and enterprise transformation initiatives. 

  • Strong experience managing executive stakeholders and complex governance environments. 

  • Expertise in programme planning, financial management, risk management, and delivery governance. 

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
