• Assess organizational readiness, training effectiveness, communications strategies, and business process alignment with industry best practices
• Identify root causes of system underutilization and process inefficiencies through active listening and analytical thinking
• Develop comprehensive gap analyses that benchmark current practices against established project management standards
• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts and consultants to translate findings into actionable, data-backed recommendations
• Create executive-ready presentations and strategic roadmaps that communicate complex findings in compelling, business-focused narratives
• Work independently as the sole organizational change management resource within a multidisciplinary consulting team
• Support the development of adoption strategies, training recommendations, and governance improvements
• Conduct quality assurance validation with client stakeholders to ensure recommendations meet accuracy and actionability standards
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational change management and user adoption within consulting environments
• Professional experience in utility, energy, infrastructure, capital programs, engineering, or construction sectors
• Background supporting project management transformations, portfolio management office assessments, or system optimization initiatives
