HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
The Analyst will be responsible for leading the Provider procurement process for the Rhode Island PMO project. This role involves developing requirements, working closely with the client to validate these requirements, ensuring they meet client expectations, and developing the necessary procurement documents. The Analyst will also support the state through the question and answer process, evaluation, downselect, and award phases.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
The Analyst will be responsible for leading the Provider procurement process for the Rhode Island PMO project. This role involves developing requirements, working closely with the client to validate these requirements, ensuring they meet client expectations, and developing the necessary procurement documents. The Analyst will also support the state through the question and answer process, evaluation, downselect, and award phases.
YOU WILL:
- Develop detailed requirements for the Provider system in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work with the client to validate requirements and ensure they align with client expectations.
- Create comprehensive procurement documents, including RFPs and other necessary documentation.
- Support the state through the question and answer process, providing clear and concise responses to inquiries.
- Assist in the evaluation and downselect process, ensuring a thorough and fair assessment of potential vendors.
- Facilitate the award process, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the Provider system.
- Provide regular updates and reports to project leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed requirements and approach for the CMS Outcome based certification process along with evidence adhering and documentation requirements
- Develop the approach, process, templates and collecting information for the IV&V of the various module vendors and module contract in addition to forward looking risk assessment and monthly and quarterly reporting
IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:
- Proven experience in leading procurement processes, preferably in the healthcare or government sector.
- Strong understanding of Provider systems and their implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Medicaid systems and processes in addition to procurements.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to Provider and Medicaid.
- Knowledge of the CMS Outcome based certification process
- Knowledge of the IV&V requirements and protocols
- Led the deployment or act as a business manager SME for Provider
- Led the CMS Certification process for multiple MES modules
- Led the IV&V workstream or as a key team member for IV&V Workstream
