We're seeking a QA Automation Engineers in Quito to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY:
We are seeking two highly skilled QA Automation Engineers to join our growing team. These roles will be instrumental in building a comprehensive test automation framework that covers both API and frontend testing across our platform ecosystem. You'll work with cutting-edge AI tools, modern testing frameworks, and help establish best practices for quality assurance across multiple repositories. 
 

YOU WILL:

• Design and build a robust API testing framework using Rest Assured and .NET 

• Implement comprehensive API test coverage for microservices 

• Create reusable API testing utilities and libraries 

• Establish API contract testing and schema validation 

• Integrate API tests into CI/CD pipelines 

• Performance and load testing for APIs 

• Maintain and expand existing Playwright test suites across 5+ repositories 

• Write E2E tests following Page Object Model patterns 

• Improve test coverage from current 5.9% JIRA traceability to 80%+ 

• Reduce test execution time and eliminate flaky tests 

• Implement visual regression testing 

• Integrate test automation with Tricentis for test management 

• Connect automated tests with JIRA for requirement traceability 

• Leverage Claude Code (AI) for test generation and optimization 

• Build custom reporting dashboards 

• Implement test result analytics 

• Mentor team members on test automation best practices 

• Participate in agile ceremonies 

• Collaborate with developers on testability 

• Drive quality initiatives across teams 
   

• 3+ years of test automation/development experience 
• Passion for Using AI tools and Experience with Several 
• Strong programming skills in C#/.NET 
• Experience with Rest Assured or similar API testing frameworks (Rest  Assured, Postman, Newman )
• Frontend automation experience (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress) 
• Git version control and CI/CD pipeline experience 
• Strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies
