We're seeking a Release Management Lead/ Release Train Engineer to work Remotely in our HHS Practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY
North Highland is seeking to hire a Release Management Lead/Release Train Engineer to help our Public Sector client automate its testing operations and optimize the efficiency and reliability of its Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).

YOU WILL:

  • Release Planning and Coordination: Overseeing the scheduling and coordination of releases.

  • Change Management: Managing and implementing changes effectively

  • Release Execution/Deployment/Gate Reviews: Ensuring smooth execution and deployment of releases, including conducting gate reviews.

  • DevOps Process: Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and practices

  • Dependency Management: Working closely with the PMO and module vendors to manage the dependencies and releases of each module vendor.

  • Facilitation and Coordination: Ability to facilitate and coordinate activities within a matrixed organization.

  • Release Manager (RTE), PM/Agile skillsets, IT Program Management, technical familiarity to navigate complex IT landscapes


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Ideally 10+ years experience as a Release Management Lead/Release Train Engineer

  • 7-10 years Overseeing the scheduling and coordination of releases.

  • Domain Expertise: MMIS/MES, Healthcare Payer systems, Medicaid/Medicare systems, HIPAA regulations.

  • Strong Knowledge of Release Execution/Deployment/Gate Reviews.

  • Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and practices.

  • Strong experience w/ Dependency Management - Working closely with the PMO and module vendors to manage the dependencies and releases of each module vendor.

  • Release Manager (RTE), PM/Agile skillsets, IT Program Management, technical familiarity to navigate complex IT landscapes.

  • Applicable College Degree


We strive to offer competitive compensation and benefits while maintaining flexibility for both the employee and the North Highland. Total Rewards associated with this position include an hourly rate from: $95.00 - $105.00 as well as a basic benefits package for temporary employees and paid time off (PTO).

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position. This is a temporary employee (W2) opportunity.
