We're seeking a Reporting Analyst for a remote position.
SUMMARY
This position is available on a W2 basis only- No 3rd party or C2C please
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles preferably in the public sector healthcare industry.

Proficiency in SQL for querying BigQuery data warehouse environments

Experience designing star schema-based reports and dashboards, including fact/dimension table navigation

Familiarity with Looker Studio (free tier) or comparable GCP-native BI tools; willingness to evaluate and adopt the tool selected for this engagement

Strong requirements gathering and facilitation skills, including experience running stakeholder workshops

Ability to translate complex EHR data concepts into clear, usable reports for non-technical audiences

Understanding of HIPAA minimum necessary access principles as they apply to reporting and dashboard design

Experience delivering end-user training on analytics tools and data products

Google BigQuery — querying Gold layer tables; sample query development

Looker Studio (or BI tool TBD) — operational dashboard and report development

GCP Dataplex — data catalog navigation and metadata reference for report design

SQL — Gold layer view design, aggregation logic, reporting queries
