Reporting Analyst

We're seeking a Reporting Analyst for a remote position. 

SUMMARY

This position is available on a W2 basis only- No 3rd party or C2C please

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

• Successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles preferably in the public sector healthcare industry.  

• Proficiency in SQL for querying BigQuery data warehouse environments

• Experience designing star schema-based reports and dashboards, including fact/dimension table navigation

• Familiarity with Looker Studio (free tier) or comparable GCP-native BI tools; willingness to evaluate and adopt the tool selected for this engagement

• Strong requirements gathering and facilitation skills, including experience running stakeholder workshops

• Ability to translate complex EHR data concepts into clear, usable reports for non-technical audiences

• Understanding of HIPAA minimum necessary access principles as they apply to reporting and dashboard design

• Experience delivering end-user training on analytics tools and data products

• Google BigQuery — querying Gold layer tables; sample query development

• Looker Studio (or BI tool TBD) — operational dashboard and report development

• GCP Dataplex — data catalog navigation and metadata reference for report design

• SQL — Gold layer view design, aggregation logic, reporting queries
