We're seeking a Process Consultant to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our UK retail client
*please note, this is an initial 3-6 month inside IR35 Umbrella PAYE contract that will require occasional travel to West Yorkshire (frequency TBC)
SUMMARY 
As a Process Consultant, you will play a crucial role in mapping, re-engineering, and optimizing cross-functional retail commercial processes. Utilizing a blend of Lean methodologies and automation/technology, you will drive process simplification and efficiency improvements that deliver tangible business impact.
YOU WILL:  
- 
	Map and analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement 
- 
	Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process re-engineering solutions 
- 
	Leverage automation and technology to streamline and optimize workflows 
- 
	Provide guidance and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes 
- 
	Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvements, making adjustments as needed 
- 
	Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders at all levels 
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:  
- 
	Proven experience in process improvement, business process re-engineering, or process consulting 
- 
	Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions 
- 
	Familiarity with Lean methodologies and experience in applying them to drive process optimization 
- 
	Proficiency in utilizing technology and automation tools to enhance process efficiency 
- 
	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams 
- 
	A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement 
- 
	Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field 
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position.
This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity working via an Umbrella company.
