We're seeking a Retail Supply Chain Business Analyst in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for one of our large Managed Service UK Retailer accounts
*please note, this is an initial 3-6 month Inside IR35 Umbrella PAYE contract and will require onsite working in London 2 days per week
SUMMARY
As a Retail Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the Network Planning Initiative. You will work alongside experienced Product Owners, contributing your expertise in discovery analysis, user story definition, and use case generation. Your proactive approach and ability to adapt to ambiguity will be instrumental in shaping the future of their supply chain operations.
YOU WILL:

Conduct in-depth discovery analysis to uncover insights and identify opportunities for improvement across the network planning process

Define user stories and prioritize them based on business needs and stakeholder requirements

Generate comprehensive use cases to guide the development of innovative solutions

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and subject matter experts, to ensure effective communication and alignment

Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail

Thrive in an agile environment, embracing change and adapting to evolving project requirements
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

A minimum of 2-3 year’s of relevant experience in the retail industry, with a good understanding of supply chain operations

Proficiency in agile methodologies, including experience in user story definition, use case development, and stakeholder management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders

A proactive and self-starting mindset, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position.
This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity working via an Umbrella company.
