We're seeking a Retail Supply Chain Product Manager to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for one of our Managed Service UK retail clients.

*please note, this is an initial 3-6 months' Inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require working onsite in London

SUMMARY

As a Retail Supply Chain Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the end-to-end supply chain tracking initiatives. Your expertise in supply chain management and your ability to navigate complex challenges will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and visibility of the company's supply chain operations.

YOU WILL:

  • Collaborate with the existing Product Owners to complete Discovery Analysis across the Supply Chain FTO (Future Transformation and Optimization) programme.

  • Develop and define user stories, use cases, and prioritize requirements to support the end-to-end supply chain tracking initiatives.

  • Engage with stakeholders and facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment and buy-in across the organization.

  • Demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach to navigate ambiguity and drive progress in an agile environment.

  • Leverage your retail experience to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improving supply chain processes and enhancing the customer experience.


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Extensive experience in supply chain management, with a strong understanding of end-to-end tracking and optimization processes.

  • Proven track record of driving discovery analysis, user story definition, and use case generation in an agile setting.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Retail industry experience, preferably in a product management or business analyst role.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address supply chain challenges.

  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.
