We're seeking a Salesforce Administrator in Ecuador to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of our Salesforce platform and ensure its optimal performance to support critical business operations. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Salesforce solutions while mentoring junior administrators and collaborating with cross-functional teams. IDEALLY WE'D LIKE:

3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.

Advanced Salesforce expertise, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform configuration.

Proficient in process automation tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.

Strong experience with data management, cleansing, and importing/exporting using Salesforce tools.

Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and middleware tools.

Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ensuring accuracy in configurations, workflows, and data integrity to maintain system reliability.

Focus on understanding user needs and delivering solutions that enhance their experience and efficiency.
Desirables:

Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps practices.

Prior experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations.

Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
