We're seeking a Salesforce Senior Project Manager in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our Managed Service logistics client
*please note, this is an initial 3-6 month inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract with the project expected to run for up to 2 years. Onsite working 2 days per week in London required.
SUMMARY:
As a Salesforce Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's Salesforce initiatives. With your expertise in Salesforce, particularly in the Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Einstein, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our client's sales and marketing capabilities.
YOU WILL:

Manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation

Collaborate closely with the client's stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable plans

Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with the client's existing systems

Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle

Communicate project progress, milestones, and key deliverables to the client and internal stakeholders
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
- Extensive experience in Salesforce project management, with a proven track record of successful implementations

Strong technical expertise in Salesforce, including the Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Einstein

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Relevant certifications or qualifications in Salesforce or project management
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position.
