We're seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect in London in our Energy & Utilities industry to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and implementing scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation. Your expertise will be instrumental in accelerating the implementation of a robust CRM system, covering lead generation, account management, and quotation processes.

YOU WILL:

• Work closely with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and architect Salesforce solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives
• Assist the architecture team in conceptualizing and delivering innovative Salesforce-based solutions
• Possess excellent communication skills to effectively translate business needs into technical specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Salesforce applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to continuously enhance the organization's CRM capabilities

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its suite of products
• Proficiency in Salesforce development, configuration, and integration
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address complex business challenges
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant degree or certification in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Passion for staying informed about industry trends and continuously learning new technologies
