We're seeking a Salesforce Trainer on the East Coast to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. Contract role, 4-month assignment with expected extensions into 2027. The role will be primarily remote with training delivery sessions onsite for 3 weeks in NY and Toronto in June and July.
SUMMARY:
As a Salesforce Trainer, you will play a vital role in driving the successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce within our organization. By designing and delivering practical, engaging, and experiential training, you will empower our teams to leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform, enabling them to work more efficiently and effectively.
YOU WILL:

Create and facilitate scenario-based, instructor-led training sessions that translate Salesforce functionality into real-world business applications

Develop a range of training materials, including bite-sized learning aids, hands-on exercises, and gamified activities to enhance the learning experience

Work closely with the change management team to ensure training aligns with the overall transformation strategy

Foster a learning environment that builds confidence and encourages active participation

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training program, making adjustments as needed to drive maximum adoption

Provide ongoing support and guidance to users as they navigate the Salesforce platform
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Extensive experience in delivering Salesforce training and onboarding programs

Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce functionality and best practices

Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex topics engaging and accessible

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

Familiarity with change management principles and techniques
