We're seeking a SAP Program Manager in Atlanta in Retail & Consumer Products to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY:

As an SAP Program Manager for our client,  you will lead the implementation of SAP ERP and related modules in a complex manufacturing environment. This high-visibility role requires strong technical expertise in SAP integration, with a focus on connecting shop-floor systems with enterprise solutions. You'll manage a two-year transformation program, guiding the client through a phased implementation approach while ensuring successful delivery within timeframe and budget constraints. YOU WILL:

  • Lead the implementation of SAP ERP and related modules across the organization

  • Manage integration between shop-floor systems and ERP platforms

  • Oversee middleware integration using Mulesoft/Tibco technologies

  • Coordinate a two-phased implementation (Phase 1: Core SAP - Finance/Procurement/Plant Maintenance; Phase 2: Manufacturing, Sales, QM)

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Track project progress, budgets, and resource allocation

  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success

  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure user adoption and maximize ROI

  • Present updates and recommendations to executive leadership

  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:

  • Proven experience managing SAP implementation programs, particularly in manufacturing environments

  • Strong technical understanding of SAP integration with shop-floor systems

  • Experience with middleware integration platforms (Mulesoft/Tibco preferred)

  • Knowledge of multiple SAP modules, including Finance, Procurement, Plant Maintenance, Manufacturing, Sales, and QM

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts to business audiences

  • Experience leading change management initiatives in complex organizations

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience

  • Atlanta-based candidates preferred, but remote work options available

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (1-2 days per week in office may be required)
