We're seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Change Manager in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
*Please note, this is an initial 3-6 month contract that will require working onsite in London 2 days per week.
SUMMARY
As a SAP SuccessFactors Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our UK Logistic client's ongoing transformation journey. Your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors will be instrumental in guiding the organization through the implementation of new initiatives and ensuring a seamless transition for all stakeholder
YOU WILL:

Collaborate closely with the client's leadership team to understand their strategic objectives and develop tailored change management strategies

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the new systems and processes

Facilitate effective communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformation

Identify and address any resistance to change, proactively addressing concerns and implementing solutions to drive user adoption

Continuously monitor the progress of the change initiatives and provide regular feedback to the client, making adjustments as needed.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Extensive experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and best practices

Proven track record in leading successful change management initiatives, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges in a timely and effective manner

Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Passion for driving organizational transformation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position.
This is a temporary employee (PAYE) opportunity working via an Umbrella company.
