We're seeking a SuccessFactors Product Owner/Implementation Manager in London  to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

*Please note, this is an initial 3-6 month contract that will require working onsite in London 2 days per week

SUMMARY
As a Product Owner/Implementation Manager onsite at one of our UK Logistic clients, and you will play a crucial role in leading and implementing the company's new ERP Transformation project. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, a cutting-edge enterprise resource planning platform, and contribute to the transformation of their operations

YOU WILL:

  •  Lead the implementation of the new SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring a seamless transition and maximum efficiency

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize project requirements, and oversee the successful delivery of the implementation

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations

  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, including project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies

  • Provide hands-on guidance and support to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

  • Continuously monitor and optimize the implementation process, identifying and addressing any challenges or bottlenecks

  • Ensure the successful integration of the new platform with existing systems and processes


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Proven experience in leading complex enterprise software implementation projects, preferably in the ERP or HR technology domain

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language

  • In-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR technology platforms, including their capabilities and best practices for implementation

  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and experience in driving continuous improvement

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively

  • A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a passion for driving organizational transformation and delivering tangible business impact
