We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY:
As a Senior Business Analyst you'll collaborate with stakeholders across our client's organisation to identify opportunities for process improvement, gather and analyse data, and elicit requirements. You'll play a crucial role in driving business transformation initiatives and ensuring project success through analysis, communication and stakeholder management.
YOU WILL:

Conduct in-depth business process analysis and document AS-IS and TO-BE process models

Gather and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops

Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams
-
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement

Facilitate meetings and workshops between technical teams and business stakeholders

Develop business cases and analyses for proposed solutions
-
Support user acceptance testing and change management initiatives
-
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders · Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements traceability matrices
IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field

5+ years of experience in business analysis

Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in running successful workshops

High-level awareness of a variety of IT software development methods
-
Experience of the Business Analyst role across all stages of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies and project management tools

Strong knowledge of business process modelling techniques and tools

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
-
Superior written and verbal communication skills

CBAP/BCS Diploma in Business Analysis (preferred)
