We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst in London in to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY


As a Senior Business Analyst, your expertise in planning, facilitating, and driving stakeholder engagement and requirements workshops will be instrumental in translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications. Your ability to capture high-level business requirements and support the detailed documentation of end-to-end customer and colleague journeys will be invaluable in aligning technical, architectural, product, and experience requirements.

YOU WILL:

  • Plan, run, and drive engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders across relevant business and technical areas

  • Facilitate requirements workshops with clear outcomes, ensuring that choices and resulting decisions are captured and documented effectively

  • Capture high-level business requirements and support the detailed documentation of end-to-end customer and colleague journeys

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications

  • Collaborate with Service Design colleagues to understand and articulate the implications of strategic choices and design decisions across the entire end-to-end customer or colleague journey

  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to refine and prioritize the backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technical feasibility

  • Engage closely with Solution Design resources from business and technical teams to provide the required level of detail for high-level and detailed estimates of development effort


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field
