We're seeking a Senior Change Manager in Portland to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. 12 month contract role, onsite 4 days a week in Portland, OR

SUMMARY

As a Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through transformative initiatives. Your expertise in change management will be instrumental in ensuring successful adoption and implementation of strategic HR priorities across the enterprise. By partnering closely with our clients, you will help them navigate the complexities of organizational change and enhance the employee experience.


YOU WILL:

 

  • Provide strategic guidance and advisory support to our clients on HR strategy and priorities, with a focus on driving effective change and adoption

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to support the implementation of HR initiatives and solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential barriers to change, ensuring a smooth transition for our clients

  • Facilitate workshops, training, and communication plans to build awareness, engagement, and capability development among stakeholders

  • Monitor and measure the impact of change initiatives, providing data-driven insights to optimize the change process

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with our clients to understand their unique challenges and tailor your approach accordingly


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
 

  • 6-8 years of proven experience in leading successful change management initiatives, preferably within a consulting or advisory capacity

  • Strong understanding of HR strategy and the ability to align change management efforts with organizational goals

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive change plans

  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies, such as ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Process

  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate shifting priorities and unexpected needs

  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Passion for driving organizational transformation and enhancing the employee experience
