We're seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Strategic Program Management practice in Portland, OR to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY:
This position assumes responsibility for all aspects of Project Management. Working within our Project Management strategy and framework to deliver amazing outcomes for our clients.
You’ll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.
YOU WILL:

Use expertise to lead delivery across complex engagements, maximize delivery impact, transform the client’s thinking, and influence their decision making.

Own all aspects of delivery and client relationship building; focus on delivery excellence and creating lasting change for clients.

Dive deep into the challenges facing clients and think big to develop creative solutions to their toughest problems.

Develop trusted relationships with client executive teams and industry organizations that result in new business opportunities

Contribute to the future of the firm by leading internal initiatives to build its capability and expertise.

Develop the firm’s long-term sales strategy to position and market its expertise with current and target accounts.

Be known as a recognized thought leader.
IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:
-
3+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, industry and/or Big 4 consulting experience.

Proven subject matter expertise in Program and Project Management, preferably with digital product and/or large-scale transformation experience.

The ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs, and for personal development.

Experience running engagements, managing teams, and driving desired business outcomes throughout delivery, as well as the ability to pinpoint gaps and omissions.

An entrepreneurial mindset, including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.

An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.

A demonstrated track record of successfully leading large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executive.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives, and the community at large.

Creative?ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. A master’s degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses.
