As a Senior Business Analyst,you will serve as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood, documented, prioritized, and successfully delivered. This client-facing role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, facilitation, and consulting capabilities.
SUMMARY
You will lead business analysis activities across complex transformation, digital delivery, and enterprise modernization programmes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across client organizations to identify opportunities for process improvement, gather and analyze data, define business requirements, and design solutions that deliver measurable business value.
YOU WILL:

Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and delivery teams.

Conduct in-depth business process analysis and document AS-IS and TO-BE process models.

Gather, validate, prioritize, and manage business requirements.

Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.

Own and manage requirements backlogs in partnership with Product Owners and Project Managers.

Perform gap assessments and define recommendations for business and technology transformation initiatives.

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive alignment between business and technical teams.

Support enterprise modernization, integration, migration, and digital transformation programmes.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.

Maintain requirements traceability matrices, decision logs, process documentation, and project artefacts.

Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to capability development within the practice.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

5–8 years of Business Analysis experience.

Experience supporting projects across the full project lifecycle.

Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Experience conducting AS-IS / TO-BE analysis and business process modelling.

Proven experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and business cases.

Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery environments.

Strong knowledge of business process modelling techniques and tools.

Advanced proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and business analysis toolsets.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
