We're seeking a Senior Consultant - Change and Communication in London to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our UK retail client
SUMMARY
As a Senior Consultant - Change and Communication, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's cost optimization programme. Your expertise in programme communications and tactical change management will be instrumental in helping the organization navigate the complexities of their transformation journey. Your ability to work effectively with stakeholders who have limited understanding of change management will be crucial in driving the desired outcomes.
YOU WILL:

Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Provide hands-on support in implementing change management strategies and tactics to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and ways of working

Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address potential barriers to change, proactively mitigating risks and challenges

Utilize your strong facilitation and training skills to build the client's internal change management capabilities

Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the change initiatives, providing data-driven insights to inform ongoing improvements
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Significant experience in change management and communication roles, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment

Experience working with an organisation with very immature understanding of change management and its benefits (highly desirable

Proven track record of delivering successful change programmes, with the ability to tailor your approach to the client's unique needs

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex information into actionable insights

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and facilitate workshops

Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

Passion for driving organizational transformation and a commitment to continuous learning and development
