We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in our Atlanta, GA office to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.    

SUMMARY:

The Senior Financial Analyst will analyze and forecast operational costs, develop financial models for business units and corporate initiatives, prepare budgets, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making and expense management. The role requires strong analytical skills to interpret trends, identify risks, support business cases, and drive financial improvements and accountability. 
 
YOU WILL: 

  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and prepare insightful financial reports for senior management. 

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for business units and corporate initiatives, and forecast SG&A expenses to support strategic decisions and profitability. 

  • Support the development of annual operating expenses and capital budgets in collaboration with department leaders. 

  • Collaborate with various business partners and functional leaders to provide financial insights, analytical support, and help facilitate profitable decision-making. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. 

  • Perform time-sensitive, ad hoc financial analyses and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to support specific business cases and scenarios. 

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms

  • Develop and maintain financial models and projections


 IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Analyst in FP&A

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.  MBA preferred.

  • Ability to perform in-depth financial analysis, interpret complex data, and provide actionable insights. 

  • Proficiency in developing, maintaining, and enhancing financial models and forecasting tools. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to diverse audiences 

  • Capacity to think strategically and provide analytical support for key initiatives and financial investments. 

  • Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and business leaders. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and analytics, with data visualization and BI skills (e.g., Power BI & Tableau)

  • Self-starter – with an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving impact

  • Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures

  • Thorough knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning

  • Workday experience a plus.
