We're seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer in Quito to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

As a Senior Systems/Infrastructure Engineer, you will be the backbone of our global infrastructure, ensuring our consultants and clients have the reliable, secure, and innovative technology foundation they need to drive transformation. You'll architect and manage multi-cloud environments, automate operations at scale, and lead initiatives that directly enable business outcomes across our worldwide offices.


YOU WILL:

  • Manage and maintain enterprise server infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, and issue resolution.

  • Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and hybrid identity solutions, ensuring secure access management and policy compliance across the organization.

  • Architect and manage cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS, ensuring high availability, cost optimization, and security compliance.

  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and ARM templates to standardize deployments across cloud platforms.

  • Create automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

  • Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.

  • Administer and govern GCP environments, implementing policies aligned with enterprise cloud standards.

  • Develop and maintain runbooks, operational documentation, and disaster recovery procedures.

  • Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident response with root cause analysis.


 IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Experience administering VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms in enterprise environments

  • Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams

  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid identity management

  • Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, storage, and workload migration, plus working knowledge of AWS cloud platforms

  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation, optimization, and operational efficiency

  • Proficiency with enterprise storage (Pure Storage SAN), backup solutions (Rubrik), and Dell server hardware

  • Relevant certifications: Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Azure Network Engineer (AZ-700), Windows Server Hybrid Administrator (AZ-800/801), or AWS Solutions Architect

  • Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or ARM templates

  • GCP administration experience

  • Python scripting for automation

  • Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration

  • Linux server administration (RHEL, Ubuntu)
