We're seeking a Senior Manager, Global Services, Change Lead in Atlanta, GA to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Senior Manager, Global Services, Change Lead positions offered by The North Highland Company (Atlanta, GA).
  • Act as an advisor to the C-Suite on organizational change, strategy, and communication. Facilitate C-Suite level conversations, driving leadership alignment and governance.
  • Manage the change of multiple significant programs delivering a range of initiatives to the firm. Examples will vary from AI, to workforce and cultural transformation, to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring program delivery excellence through project and program management.
  • Develop North Highland's change management offerings and learning and development approach, incorporating data and AI-driven approaches. Act as a behavioral science leader, including developing and evolving intellectual property and client-facing point of view.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in business development opportunities, particularly related to behavioral science, change management, data-driven change, and AI.
  • Work with prestigious clients. Support the planning, strategy, and execution of all employee and leadership events.
  • Ensure the team delivers high-quality business outcomes. Build strong client and peer relationships to drive business growth.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in psychology or a related field and 4 years of experience with human relationships, digital and operational environments, and transformation management. In lieu of a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields, the company will accept two additional years of experience.
  • Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:
    • Advising C-Suite executives;
    • Leading transformation projects in digital, operational, and international environments;
    • Working with change management, project management, and behavioral science;
    • Performing experiential learning design with behavioral science principles;
    • Developing solutions and growing sales;
    • Applying agile methodologies to change programs; and
    • Working in management consulting, advisory services, professional services, one of the Big 4 consulting firms, or as part of an internal Transformation Management office.
  • Must be willing to travel domestically 35% and internationally 5%.
  • Position reports to Atlanta, GA office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.
  • Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
