We're seeking a Senior Manager in Portland in Retail & Consumer Products to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

Drive operational excellence while developing leadership capabilities within our Materials team, balancing immediate execution needs with long-term strategic development to transform product creation processes.

We're seeking a Senior Manager in Portland in Retail & Consumer Products to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY:
Drive operational excellence while developing leadership capabilities within our Materials team, balancing immediate execution needs with long-term strategic development to transform product creation processes.
YOU WILL:
- Establish prioritization and tracking systems that drive clear execution, mitigate roadblocks, and ensure delivery of critical milestones across the Materials Operations team
- Partner with the VP to design and implement a new operating model, supporting team rhythms, decision-making forums, and accountability mechanisms
- Mentor and coach team leaders who are new to people leadership, helping them develop skills in strategizing, communicating, and execution oversight
- Lead cross-functional coordination between Supply Chain, Product Creation, Tech, Process Mapping, Change Management, and Communications to ensure successful milestone delivery
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
- 7+ years of experience in materials operations, product creation, or supply chain management, preferably in apparel or consumer goods
- Strong program management experience with proven ability to manage milestones, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills with the ability to unblock teams and create focus in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of mentoring leaders and implementing process improvements that drive operational excellence
