We're seeking a Senior PM for an Oracle Finance & HR transformation in Nashville, TN to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. Contract Assignment, 6 months, 4-5 days a week onsite.

SUMMARY:

As our Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in directing the successful delivery of a highly complex, multi-year enterprise transformation initiative. This position combines strategic oversight with deep program management expertise to ensure the seamless migration, modernization, and integration of ERP solutions across multiple business and technology domains.

YOU WILL:

 

  • Develop and drive the program vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plan while partnering closely with cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and technology leadership

  • Translate business goals into clear project objectives and actionable plans

  • Serve as the central point of coordination for all program activities, including planning, scheduling, risk and issue management, resource alignment, and communication

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to the broader organizational transformation strategy

  • Guide teams, resolve escalations, maintain alignment across interdependent workstreams, and enforce quality, architectural, and delivery standards

  • Drive successful business outcomes through your exceptional leadership, communication skills, and proven track record


IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:
 

  • 7+ years of experience in IT project or program management, leading large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives

  • Direct experience managing Oracle ERP implementations, migrations, or modernization programs

  • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes, such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or HR, as they relate to ERP systems

  • Proven success delivering complex, multi-workstream projects involving systems integration, data conversion, and organizational change management

  • Experience partnering with technical and business leadership to define requirements, develop project plans, and drive delivery

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and resolve escalations in high-visibility programs

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
