Senior Project Manager

• Own the full project plan, milestone gate schedule, and phase budget for your delivery track.
• Track sub-team progress against fixed-fee plans. Surface scope-vs-time tradeoffs early and in writing.
• Maintain a transparent risk register, dependency log, and RAID. Escalate dependencies in real time — no surprise escalations.
• Run Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standup, refinement, review, retrospective) aligned to Central Time.
• Drive monthly milestone sign-off conversations with the client acceptance authority. Own each acceptance package.
• Own DORA delivery metrics and service-health KPIs for the sub-team.
• Ensure every PR meets client review SLAs with green quality gates (SonarQube, Snyk, Playwright E2E, code coverage).
• Operate as the primary North Highland point of contact for your track, day to day.
• Run weekly status with client engineering leadership. Participate in joint architecture reviews with CIO-level stakeholders.
• Translate delivery tradeoffs, scope changes, and risk into clear business language.
• Represent North Highland at every client touchpoint, from standup to executive review.
• Manage a Tech Lead, a track-aligned PO, and the Ecuador delivery sub-team.
• Conduct weekly 1:1s. Own career growth, performance feedback, and retention for direct reports.
• Partner across tracks on cross-track dependencies, shared platform readiness, and joint hypercare preparation.

• 8+ years of software delivery experience in senior PM or delivery lead roles.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience (engineers, POs, or analysts).
• Proven track record delivering Agile / Scrum programs against milestone-gated, fixed-fee engagements.
• Strong written and verbal English. Daily direct collaboration with US-based client leaders.
• Experience managing delivery risk, scope change, and client expectations on large-scale enterprise programs.
• Hands-on proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and modern PM tooling.
• Working fluency reading technical artifacts (APIs, data models, sequence diagrams, ADRs) sufficient to lead risk conversations without a translator.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.

• Experience running AI-assisted delivery workflows (Claude Code, Copilot) in production.
• Spanish / English bilingual fluency.
