We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Quito to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.


YOU WILL:
 

• Develop new features across the full stack (API endpoints, business logic, React UI)

• Implement domain-driven design patterns in a clean architecture codebase

• Write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests

• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions

• Work with multi-tenant patterns ensuring proper data isolation

• Collaborate with US-based team across time zones

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:


Required Qualifications

• 3+ years professional experience with C# / .NET
• 3+ years professional experience with React
• Experience with SQL databases and writing raw SQL queries
• Understanding of clean/layered architecture patterns
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dapper or micro-ORM patterns
• Azure cloud services experience
• Multi-tenant SaaS application experience
• Domain-driven design knowledge
• Experience with points/rewards or HR tech systems
