We're seeking a Sr. Software Engineer in Quito to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

We are hiring two Senior Full Stack Engineers with AI exposure to support the migration of an outbound EDI platform from IBM legacy systems to AWS-based microservices using C#/.NET.You will own key implementation workstreams, including data modeling, transformation logic, and API development, while collaborating directly with client stakeholders and mentoring junior engineers.

YOU WILL:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using C#/.NET, Angular, and AWS.

• Build and optimize APIs, microservices, and PostgreSQL data models.

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to improve development speed and quality.

• Implement data transformation and mapping logic for EDI transactions and partner integrations.

• Collaborate on integration workflows (Boomi/Cleo) and contribute to system architecture decisions.

• Ensure code quality through testing, CI/CD, and best practices.

• Participate in client-facing activities including standups, PR reviews, and technical discussions.

• Mentor junior engineers and review their code.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

• 5+ years of full stack development experience.

• Strong experience with C# / .NET and modern frontend frameworks (Angular preferred).

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and data modeling.

• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, RDS/Aurora).

• Familiarity with APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with testing frameworks and code quality tools.

• Strong English communication skills (client-facing role).
