We're seeking a Sr. Software Engineer in Quito to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

We’re seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Vue.js, C# (.NET), and PHP to build and maintain modern, high-performance web applications. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle—from front-end design to back-end APIs and database integration—helping deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.

YOU WILL:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Vue.js, C#/.NET Core, and PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks).

• Build RESTful APIs and integrations between services and systems.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, DynamoDB, etc.).

• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability across environments.

• Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver reliable releases on time.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent work experience.

• 4+ years of professional experience in full stack development.

• Proficiency with Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.

• Strong experience with C#/.NET Core for backend services.

• Solid understanding of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.

• Experience integrating APIs and building microservice-based or modular applications.

• Strong database design and query optimization skills.

• Familiarity with version control (Git) and DevOps workflows (CI/CD, containers, etc.).

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

• Experience with Docker and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Familiarity with TypeScript, GraphQL, or real-time web technologies(WebSockets, SignalR).

• Understanding of unit testing and automated testing frameworks.

• Knowledge of application monitoring and performance optimization.

• Comfort working in a collaborative, agile environment
