We're seeking a Senior Test Manager to work Remotely in our Health and Human Services Industry to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
North Highland is looking to hire a Senior Level Testing Manager to supervise the testing resources and processes for a large IT transformation with our Public Sector HHS Client.
YOU WILL:

Supervise testing resources and processes for a large IT transformation - multiple large system implementation projects using both automated and manual testing.

Be Responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of various test activities.

Use Testing expertise to lead delivery across complex engagements, maximize delivery impact, transform the client’s thinking, and influence their decision making.

Own all aspects of managing a team of Automation Testers and client relationship building; focus on delivery excellence and creating lasting change for clients.

Dive deep into the challenges facing clients and think big to develop creative solutions to their toughest problems.
IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:

A demonstrated track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements, with roles that involve building and fostering relationships with senior-level client executives.

Strong Familiarity with Automation and Manual Testing.

Good understanding of writing Java/JavaScript code to add to Selenium & Cucumber Framework and Gherkin scripts which execute said framework.

Needs to be able to develop a test process and test strategy that analyzes which test methods and tools are suitable and used for test activities.

Needs experience leading the execution of a developed strategy / implementation of process(es).

Needs to be able to apply testing approaches to various development methods – Waterfall, Agile.

Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.

An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Applicable College Degree; Applicable Certifications are a Plus;
