We're seeking a Software Engineer in Quito to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
We are hiring two Junior/Mid Full Stack Engineers with AI exposure to support the migration of an outbound EDI platform to AWS-based microservices using C#/.NET.
This role is ideal for engineers with experience looking to grow into a Senior position through hands-on development, mentorship, and AI-augmented workflows while collaborating with a US-based engineering team.
YOU WILL:

Develop and maintain backend modules using C#/.NET.

Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to accelerate development and testing.

Support PostgreSQL schema design and data migrations.

Write and maintain unit and end-to-end tests.

Assist in building APIs, microservices, and AWS deployment pipelines.

Collaborate on data transformation logic and integration workflows.

Participate in standups, PR reviews, and team discussions with client visibility.

Pair with senior engineers and actively learn best practices.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

2–4 years of software development experience.

Experience with C# / .NET and backend development.

Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or relational databases.

Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience writing unit tests.

Strong written English (verbal can grow on the job).

Exposure to Angular.

Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3).

Familiarity with AI coding tools.

Interest in data integration, EDI, or backend systems.
