HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

As a Software Engineer Intern, you’ll dive into the world of software development by building a .NET application from the ground up—with an exciting touch of AI integration.

YOU WILL: 

• Participate in daily team ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, demos) and understand how Agile teams work

•  Collaborate with the team—or work independently when needed—to design and develop new features under the guidance of a mentor

•  Translate business requirements into technical solutions

•  Learn about software development hands-on through day-to-day tasks and mentoring from experienced engineers

•  Contribute to high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:  

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a proactive attitude and willingness to ask questions

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team, as well as manage tasks independently when needed

• Ability to understand the business case and system requirements

• Experience with software analysis, design, and implementation (academic level)

• Programming skills in C#, ASP.NET, SQL (academic level); HTML, CSS, AJAX or JavaScript are a plus

• Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams

• Fluency in English
